My skills as a teacher and therapist seemed to be a natural fit for the staffing industry. Having joined a national staffing firm as a coordinator, I learned the business from the ground up. That led to two roles as a VP of training and organization development and then VP of a regional temporary staffing company. I joined Aquent in 2006 as a consultant, and I’m now a member of the senior management team responsible for the direction of all Shared Services, which includes recruiting, reporting, operations and training.
It’s been my pleasure to work with staffing experts, clients and talent across North America helping them find the right staffing, operation or learning solution to solve immediate problems or long-term business goals.

Creating Shared Services was a bold move. We took all field operation staff, about 40 people around North America, and organized them into five specialized teams. In addition, we moved three key operational functions, training, reporting, and recruiting, under the Shared Services umbrella. The result is more resources and capabilities, a broader reach, less organizational red tape to get work done, and a team of highly specialized, motivated, talented people working together to achieve a common goal.
